Membership will be affective for 12 months from the date of this transaction. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Please Note you will need to print down a membership application and fax it to 770-716-2717 within 24 hours of payment of your membership dues.

Failure to have your application within 24 hours will not deem your membership inactive.
